As per the latest patch update #608, all Vulcan modifications received a 12% decrease in damage per bullet dealt. The Vulcan's Wiki stats have not yet been updated to make them conform to the recent change, but you can expect them to be quite soon (you can notify the Wiki team here, just in case). Closed.
