Everything seemed great! Love the new look of Unity, some decent tips on Gold hunting, but another update on ratings would be helpful. :)

Africa would definitely help you in Polygon CP's, Lumberjack perhaps too, I use them both according to what turrets the other team uses. Both paints have a variety of medium protection and it creates quite a difference. ;)

Depends, Railgun can be used as a camping weapon and can rack up experience quite quickly, with Double Power it would almost be a sure kill every shot! I say it's worth it. ;) I think #2 would suit you, Hunter is a great hull for Noise and Polygon CP's, while some MU'ing would help you out a bit. #1 Wouldn't be bad either since Hornet is a popular hull and if you have Railgun M2 you wouldn't need M3 XP yet since you can easily still use your M2! :)
