See the center cap on your spinner? Remove it with a flat head screw driver or your fingers if you can. Then clean the ball bearings. The reason in is noisy and will not spin long is because there is dust in the bearings. The metal spheres in the middle are the bearings. Just rinse them off with rubbing alcohol and you'll be good. Make sure to dry them with a hair dryer or other heat source to prevent rust (Depending on model) Stainless steal would not require the drying along with ceramic or other materials. I suggest drying it anyways.

Also, it needs to be clear what "Normal Battle" means. Many (I stress the many) people thought you meant Non-pro + non-parkour.
