I think, a lot of these Bugs are going to maximum, Server Overload.. Or just lags issues.. I mean your fps, is low, and your PING is High, lol its like your PING and Fps saw a ghost :) but maybe changing browser's or Getting Better Connection with WI-Fee, these are simple steps, in getting better connection... i Hope i helped you.. Okay, I can help you with this Issue, This Problem Resulted, in Low, and Bad connection with tanki.. the server was a possible Lag issue, Maps, Like this one always have trouble.. it was Maxed Players, in the server .. and i noticed it wasn't you that had the lags.. but maybe trying a different Browser.. or possibly Updating your Adobe Flash Players... would help you in this situation... Or maybe changing servers.. Thats aren't as full. Hoped this helped you!! ;) :)
