most of times fps is higher than 50 but suddenly drops to 30 ,40 when i move or zoom in or out camera or somebody joins battle and...

hi im getting fps which goes higher and then lower ,drops instantly ,i mean even if i turn off all visual settings problem will remain -.- my laptop spec: 6gb ram -2gb grahpic-2 ghz cpu -1 TB harddisk windows 8 and 10. previously used ccleaner but didnt see advantage,so unistalled it,problem is on firefox and maxthon too,what to do its going to be really annoying
