I think i have found the solution! Make sure that the "Background Sound" be maked. (Go to game sitting and mark "Background Sound". If option is already checked make sure that sound volume be at good level.

Which goes well with Railgun? "Dictator" or "Hunter" I usually play in large maps like serpuhav and stadium,I have good paint to survive more against other Railguns,But no paints to survive against Shafts. :)

Depends on battle mode/map that you play most often. Taiga is good for CTF battle and short range battles, In DM battles,in my opinion it's not a good paint, because most of DM players of high ranks use turrets like smoky railgun thunder and hulls like medium hulls. Choose your paint carefully.
