Buying isn't the only option to get crystals and get better hulls, weapons and paints. You can play battles, and if you have an hour or so to play, join a big battle, but make sure the leader has a score you'll be able to catch up to and that the teams winning! You can also catch the occasional gold box, which has been increased to 2014 crystals, to celebrate 2014. You can also refer friends, and for every rank they reach you get crystals. Also if they buy crystals, you get 10%. Which is pretty cool, for example your friend buys 100 000 crystals for example, i don't know, m1 product kit (as example) you will get 10 000 crystals. I sent them a message saying i want to change my username,and i got the email saying in ticket number #### ok that's normal, but everytime i sent them emails explaining, they just sent me that ticket number email. Utterly helpless in my case. In the end i gave up and said id keep my username
