No. It doesn't mean it's a racist act. They already have enough chat mods from India, and they don't need anymore people from the country. They need people that can speak more languages and from other time zones.

I bought M3 Shaft twice, the first time I was lagging so as soon as I reloaded, I no longer have Shaft M3 and my crystals are back <_< So I had to buy it again :D Just a noob vid :p
