Considering looks both kits are uber cool. Hammer is powerful to use in dms and small maps ,in mid to large map u may suffer. But the biggest advantage is people wear lesser ptotection modules against this as compared to other turrets ,damage is quite high for m3. Smoky is the most versatile turret of all time paired with viking u can use it in almost all the Maps without hesitation. Sad to say but u can see more protection module against it in battlefield and after sale this percentage will definately go up. But i will definately recommend u to buy smoky first as it is must have after some mues proction against this will not bother u much. After that u can go for hammer
