I used to get 100 ping in game before a week with this internet only. So that can't be a reason pls

The problem is understandable by the name of the topic. Since last one week I am receiving high ping. I tried all solutions available on forum and wiki, cleared my cache, changed my browser and even formatted the computer but the ping still remains between 200-300. Before the last week Ping was below 100. Any solution to this?
