You shouldn't really just be helping people knowing that you will be getting a reward. Helping people should be something you would do normally, having the intention to help someone not the intention that you will be rewarded. In this topic someone can recommend you (as well as providing evidence such as screenshot) for your good actions, so that you can receive a reward.
