Well, you can say no offense even when you do mean it... it's just being polite. The way I see it, freeze, and isida are the best combos with hornet, seeing that for both turrets a decent amount of turning is needed to use the turret to its full potential before dying. Firebird, ricochet, and shaft, seem most deadly on either viking or occasionally hunter, since for these turrets to use their entire energy bar (or whatever you call it), you need to survive quite a bit and take a punch or two. Now for thunder, smoky, and twins... depending on the map of course, they might be most beneficial for the player when equipped on a heavy hull such as mammoth or titan, as these turrets have pretty good reload speeds and deal the most damage in constant barrages on the enemy. But to make these shots count, you need to survive quite a long time. And last, but not least, personally... rail is mostly only effective in XP matches where you are guaranteed the enemy doesn't have very much protection against rail, if any at all. Mainly because you just see way too many players with prodigi paint at this rank in normal non-Pro mathces, and there is no point attacking them with rail, even on double power. EDIT: Wish I could upvote your post, but can't. ;)

Well I know that, -_- but m3 firebird can still deal some pretty heavy damage to hulls even with the inferno paint equipped. As I have seen in CP matches with my m3 mammoth and inferno paint equipped, firebird still remains a threat to me. That is, unless I have an isida on my team. That is the only downside to firebird, :( if I had only been one rank higher when we had the 70% off sale on fire, I could have gotten it. Later, being one rank for me. :D
