If we can't do, our assistants are there. We are working in a professional way and we always make sure that if we are busy, our clients will still get what they asked for. And the rare case, when none of us can do some booked event, then we ask client if there would be a problem if we postpone it. Secondly, just like a 8 years old boy (you) can be busy with something, that way 18 and 21 years old can be too. And I bet we have more obligations than you do. Just think about it.
