Its possible for them to be turned on, but most players decide not to take a chance going against a player with full MU's.

If I didn't play XP, my choice probably would be Shotgun/Smoky M3 with Viking M3 and Picasso, full MU's.

Very agreeable. I used to despise druggers, but ever since I started saving on them, I was hooked. Smart cooldowns entered the game and now I yearn for freedom to use drugs as I wish...even with the option of turning Smart-Supplies off, most PRO battles are XP battles.
