Well, yeah, drugs are there to be used. But I think they were there for specific reasons; if you need to get away faster, you use N20, if you are about to die and you have the flag, you use First Aid, if need to get past mines or are going through a field of enemy tanks, use Double armor, etc(not necessarily in these situations). But it is just unnecessary to spam the drug buttons every time you spawn, or full out drug when you get mad or feel like you don't deserve to die..
