To be honest, Vulcan can easily face a defeat in close range, at least at my ranks. Unless the opponent is really noob or is using an ineffective combo like Wasp Twins or something without supplies. Vulcan is an annoying kind of thing, which doesn't deal a whole bunch of damage but slowly it will finish you off so its better to have a vulcan in the enemy base from where it can shoot at least half of the map. People are kinda afraid to get in its line of sight because everyone wants full health :D

Try playing from the official client http://s.eu.tankionline.com/resources/client/3/win/tankionline_eu.exe or Clear your Cache, and restart your PC as well as router. Yep, the server creates them if there are no battles where the BATTLE button can put you in, or if there isn't a battle for the specific mode you chose to play in.

It is not possible to create a non pro battle anymore. You can only join a non pro battle by clicking the BATTLE button or by selecting one from the list. Missions can only be completed in non pro battles.

Nobody expects you to do so man ;) The only thing that's expected from you is to understand that besides you, there are people who made it at that time and utilized it. Testers work closely with Developers, they are chosen on a very strict basis and having the knowledge of Russian is a must because of communication issues. Testers are responsible for testing out stuff on test servers before an update is released on the main servers so that things do not go wrong during the stress test on main servers.

Pay 2 Play games don't even allow you to register without paying, or unlock some facilities which are exclusively accessible with money and a free player can never get access to it. So, Tanki is definitely not one of them.

Well, I don't really see much problem to this besides that, a player will need to download a new shade of paint everytime he/she enters a battle (incase there's a tanker inside using that particular shade)
