Around 2 or 3 UTC is the Server Restart Time as far as I know, so the problem should be fixed in about 30 more minutes automatically. That is the period when all servers are down for maintenance.

It doesn't matter who answered first and who answered later. Its completely random.A list of all those who answered correctly is made and then a few names out of it are selected randomly. Its all about your luck that who wins and who doesn't. Answering correctly doesn't mean you should get crystals :)

Not everything is perfect from day 1. And still the need to make a single click to get what you want, does not make it a complete fail. It was also never mentioned that the current system won't be changed so there is no need of complaining like THIS right now. That's my opinion. Moreover complaining decently and giving opinions doesn't give a "troll" tag to anyone :)

So you mean, if you have to click on something to do it. And its not happening by default then its a complete fail? Weird logic tbh. But I do agree, (not with the fail part) maybe the default tab should be chat or News tab should only open when there is something new.

I've experienced both games. I am sure the main thing will be different, the only common thing would be the idea of match making.

I would prefer that, the News tab should only be opened when there is a new announcement. Otherwise it should remember which tab we had opened last time, or just have the Chat tab opened by default. Because it gets annoying to click on the chat button all the time.

I would suggest you to unload your RAM as much as possible by clearing all the useless apps which are running the background through Task Manager (Right click on the task bar and select Task Manager, or CTRL+ALT+DEL). Or, re-start your PC and then do that^ It should probably help a lot. If even that doesn't work, then try clearing cache of your: Client or Browser And follow this article.

TX match making system is a bit different from what it is going to be in TO as far as I can guess, because in TX. In the match-making screen you will be able to see what your team mates are using as well and probably that should help you in deciding who performs which role. Like who is the healer, attacker, defender. It just makes your life easier. Battles are chosen there according to mastery, and if there are no battles in your mastery then the ranges will be increased. The only way to play the game then would be match-making system and it should be allowing you to join your friends battles as well. As of now, we don't know if TX match-making will allow you to choose your map/mode. Also, you will be penalized for leaving a match half way over there. But we might have some changes in the future probably. And for TO, match making would be somewhat/entirely different, at least that is what I am guessing. Because in TO you can make custom battles (PRO battles) but that is not the same in TX (as of now)

I would suggest to press TAB, and see if the player who just killed you, has his nickname like any normal player or is his name greyed out. If it is grey, then it means there is some lag issues happening. A refresh will help you fix everything. Or, it is also possible that the guy/girl who killed you was behind cover, or was possible a Magnum?

Well, you basically copy pasted the Help Site Article about Standalone flash player. Not sure if it helps a lot :huh: because when I used it for the first time, I wasn't dealing any damage.

That is due to the inactivity time being reduced to 2 minutes. So when you load a new map it has to be done in less than 2 minutes. Your problem generally takes place when your internet is slow, so maybe closing internet consuming applications first like torrents, YouTube etc. Might help Otherwise I would suggest you to make an empty battle with the map of your choice, and then keep joining it no matrer how many times you get kicked. You will eventually get inside (probably after 2 or 3 tries) and once that happens. That particular map will load up faster for you after that. So you won't get kicked. First time loading does that kind of thing because you need to download the whole map and stuff..

Lets take an example from real life. I buy a watch on the day it was released into the market, and after a few months that particular watch has a price drop. Will I go back and ask for a compensation? No, because it just doesn't happen.The same thing applies here, things that were already done are not affected/compensated for this new change because maybe it was too hard and not worth the time to do something like that. Or probably it just wasn't possible :)

Yep, it is better to just wait 2 days. Because its not a very low amount of crystals, and it just makes no sense to speed up honestly.
