I must say this year's finals were planned way better than last year's :) Though the timing with the buggy battles was pretty bad, prevented my team from practicing before the finals :/ (but they had to go later anyway so who cares lol) but ok that's not really a part of the planning but just an unfortunate coincidence. Anyway, I never liked the finals concept but this time I don't hate it as much as I did last time (and last time I won 2nd place and this time I didn't participate at all, so yeah it's not about how well I was doing in the finals :P) good job, keep improving like this and some day I might say I love the finals xd

You want to minimize the amount of stuff to download, so you keep only the essential stuff for people who need the garage to load quickly in the battle, which is changing equipment and buying supplies. The rest of the actions (like buying equipment) are rare enough to not worry about players suddenly wanting to do these things in the middle of a battle. If you decided to buy a new piece of equipment you'll be fine with waiting until the battle is over.

Disabling damage was considered when parkour mode was created, but it was declined because some parkour tricks required players to die. Nowadays dying tanks are pretty much useless (except rare cases where self destruction does the job) but it's not profitable for the company to stop people from spending so many supplies in parkour mode.

It makes sense that the most time consuming tasks are looping through the database and sending the images of all the items. But since I don't know the game code I can't tell for sure, it's up to the developers to decide anyway so we don't really need to know that.

You're replying to a very old post. He was in the club back in 2015. If you see a big topic with many pages it's most likely pointless to reply to the first messages, so better go to the few last pages

Ye and sterre came up with all the tricks there

Russian? I thought TFP were more into Russian style (ToT commentated videos) what Russian style exactly are u talking about? can you give a link for example?
-
EDIT: oh I see, you were talking about a different thing with a similar name... ignore my post then

nah if you don't make videos for months you'll stop getting supplies, can't be lazy in the EN community :P
-
The amount of supplies the supported clubs receive has been increased to 300 supplies every week! Only parkour clubs that remain active and productive will receive this support. By the way, having spectator does help, but it's not a requirement for receiving this support. You can find some tips for improving your parkour videos in the main post.

0 nitros 900 armors? jumper. lol

Non-spec videos can also be good too, it doesn't matter how you make the videos as long as you make them good. For example, the parkour club [NGU] Never Give Up made a pretty good video using fake spec. Fake spec is available for everyone, but you have to learn how to use it well, just like it takes time to get good at using spectator mode. If you want to learn how to use fake spec, read this guide. It will be worse than real spectator since it's more limited, but if you're good at it you can make your video look pretty good, and earn some support for your club.

Open the forum section in which you want to post a new topic. On top of the page, find the "Start New Topic" button, click it. Fill in the topic title and content, then click on "Post New Topic". Depending on where you post it, you might have to wait until your topic is approved by a moderator before you'll be able to see it. This might take a day or sometimes even a few days, please be patient.

Then they got busy with the survival contest, and now everyone is busy working on MOP. We'll see how their activity will be after they will be done with parkour contests. Don't worry, nobody gets supplies for doing nothing.

On Monday, just when everyone get back to work? I'm pretty sure many of the finalists won't be able to make it. I suggest doing it on Saturday.

Renamed from [Cd] Cadmium-109.

The best is yet to come ;) Many of the best teams post their entries only when it's too late for people to change their entry.

I posted about that one before already That one is definitely useless, even worse, it's the biggest problem of parkour mode right now, you have no idea how many times I hit that kill zone even just during recordings for the Masters of Parkour contest in 1 week xD

It's an in-game gift that can be sent in the garage, with a message attached to it. It will remain in your garage forever (unless you choose to delete it), kinda like a trophy. You can read more about it in Tanki Wiki - Gifts.

Yes, a creative video is one that contains new tricks that were never used in parkour before, or at least ones that are rarely used, or special variations and combinations of tricks, though there's a very very big difference between using rare tricks and coming up with your own new tricks. Other than creativity, the greatness of videos is mostly measured by subjective factors because, after all, the videos are there for people to enjoy and not just to cross some clearly defined border of requirements. For example, you can't measure the showiness of tricks in a non subjective way.
