i returned to defult sitting but fps goes lower to 40 that s not good

When have high fps for example i rotate turret and stop rotating it but it takes 1 secound to stop rotation!!!!

Note i already turned off unneccesery sittings (dynamic lighting etc)

I use apple safari and i have very much fps(60 and above) game is very smoother than normal and i cant control turret right.. please help me by saying how to reduce fps rate??

I was in map serpuhov and we were 7-3 in ctf mode.. the the flag limit was 8. we were winning forwardly, until when that 3 freezes + isida came battle (to opps team) they started to drugg un stopable finaly they win score of 8-7!!! tanki let me know what is this play mode???? why there are some buyers that start to drugg unlimited? these days im spending about 30-45 mins for a battle and finaly a freeze or isida drugger came in and start drugging and steal crystals >_<. in that battle i played about 1 hour with score of more than 1500 and finaly got 56 crys!!! I want answer <_< -_- <_<
