No. It's a fine display and seems well for a typed conversation too. But mostly vocal and visual communication have been preferred. But for people without cameras or headsets, written communication is their choice.

Perfect style. I admire your fine choice of words. But the only matter you'd described had been about a normal clan training. If it were an interesting battle, it would have an even greater impact on the reader. For a short matter, you seem to have done fine in describing in an interesting manner. But I feel you could have done a bit more like adding pictures of the result as an ending, inside a spoiler (Of Course!) for curiosity.
