Don't. That is about the dumbest move you can do. TH10 stands for Town Hall level 10, which is the highest level town hall that can be achieved. But don't go straight for it, take your time going through the other TH's. It will gain you better level defenses and troops, as well as allow you to get a hang of the game before you get higher up.
