In the last few weeks I started to get this problem, suddenly I'm in the forum group 'Beginner', meaning I can post only in some forum sections. Usually it's fixed within 30 minutes, but still, it is annoying. Anybody else having this problem too?

They aren't added in ratings, correct. Experience earned trough premium account is added in exp super missions though.(At least it did a few months ago)

Actually TOR is not illegal. A lot of people use it to do illegal things, like buying drugs, fake passports and driver licenses, or some nasty stuff you don't even want to know about. But just using the browser(For instance to protect your privacy) is not illegal. I don't really understand if you were just testing, which would be wasting time of the help desk, or actually trying to get an account back.
