What do you not understand? Once the post is up on the Facebook Page with the information and the link to the special google form, you will be able to click on the form and fill it out with your answers to the questions, once you go through the whole form and fill all the answers out for the questions it'll give you an option to submit, all the directions will be posted, and once filling out the form it's pretty self-explanatory from there.

Well a webcam isn't really needed, from my experiences of being a commentator, I've never have had to use a webcam, so you don't have to spend your money buying one if you don't want too.
