Buy them first :P After that focus on MUing your Turret and Hull as your MU are much more useful on those than they are on paints

2k a day is good. I would say save up for an m3 combo instead of MUing. Dic-Rico will last you to around General if you are lucky so you have plenty of time to stock up those crystals
