Wasp + Hammer Dictator + Thunder Dictator + Twins Wasp + Freeze Hornet + Railgun

I don't have Vulcan M2 but I have m3 and can tell you that it is very hard to get used to and use effectively. It doesn't work very well with medium hulls so honestly, I would go for something else. Freeze is relatively cheap and is easier to get used to. It performs well with dictator as well. As for BP, the M2 BP kit sounds like a good plan

Storm is a decent paint with MU however you will need a new one soon
