Hornet/Striker mode.. sounds like a joke lol. Did anyone even ask for this? in russian community perhaps? And no F/W/H mode.. why? you don't want people being able to grind super missions easier or worried about it causing imbalance in the economy? It's not exactly power levelling since you actually have to play and it is an actual battle not just taking turns killing each other, which happens in Arena DM's on RU2 if you didn't already know.

Not sure if it's a "glitch".. it's done by editing files in the client, I have friends who do it and you will see in some youtube videos the players have paints like champion and gladiator which they haven't got on their profile page Although I doubt the legality of it, considering it's editing the client. I can't be bothered the read eula because i am 2 kool but it probably says somewhere there that changing bla bla in client is breaking rule 44.33.5

Flash player is capped to a maximum of 60fps 60fps is the standard for most AAA games, but a lot of games which are big in esports (World of tanks, Overwatch, CS:GO, Team fortress) have a higher or no fps limit, so I can understand your frustration.
