Well, I can say one thing: this has been the trigger for all heck to break loose. It's been building up for a while now.

OK, I'm no longer blaming developers for this mess. I'm blaming moderators. If feedback constantly gets removed from the topic, then developers are obviously gonna think that everyone's OK with this, considering Semyon hasn't been on for 2 days now he will only be able to read pretty feedback. At least got to read it. In fact, it seems that he posted something including the video, and a moderator removed it.

So we want premium accounts to be special, correct? Would it not be enough for those premium users to have their current garage paints reworked, so that they appear differently to normal paints? For example, they could be glossed over to appear more shiny, but have the protection of garage paints currently in their garage. Also, there could be good-looking visual effects above their tank, maybe a decorative accessory? This wouldn't be gamebreaking but would be something unique for premium users. Also, regarding an increased rate of earning crystals, would it be such that the tanker receives double the amount of the battle fund when the battle finishes, thus depriving non-buyers of crystals from the fund, or would it be such that when a premium user captures a flag, point or kills someone the fund is increased by twice as much than if a normal user did so? In my opinion the latter would be better, as it means that there is an inflation in funds for premium users without jeopardising the crystals received by normal users. Lastly, thank you for taking the time out of your day to reply to this community, I am very grateful for your efforts. However, I'm sure that the situation would be much improved if Semyon Kirov (or Cedric Debono) came and responded to our points, because they are supposed to be our Community Managers and seem to have shifted too much of the workload from themselves onto you. Community managers are meant to engage with the community, not sit by and watch without talking or giving any sign they're reading the posts. In fact, there was a poll put up for the removal of downvotes which was taken down about an hour later because more of the community said they did not like the change than those who said they did. Again, thank you for taking the time to respond to my post.

Um, can you please once again outline the reasons for the Premium update? 1 by 1. If it's just because you want to give Premium players a paint they'll use, put the word 'PREMIUM' on their paints. That way the game isn't imbalanced. Plus will PRO pass still be available for non buyers?

For the paint, why wouldn't you just brand the word 'PREMIUM' on the paints owned by the tanker in question, instead of adding game-changing protections? Then premium users get their own paints, but with the same protections as normal paints.

If you're complaining about the lack of crystals for missions, remember crystal offers only came once every 2 weeks with gifts. But still, I think supply offers should be buffed up a bit.
