And my ideas completely disappeared. xD This is actually something that can work... This way players can atleast select which map they wana play, This way more parameters get considered in the system. Better matchmaking.

This definitely was NOT a server load test as you said there. And this was no matchmaking either. If what @Maf said up in the quote is true, a note to developers: Don't release such unfinished and barely functional systems onto real servers, as this was horrible, even for just 2 days. I spent 3x longer to keep my mission chain alive and I'm sure everyone couldn't do that.

Another improvement to "Suggested battles", for example the player has most experience using Mammoth and Shaft. The player should be suggested to join a mid or long range map. If the player has most experience on Firebird and Hornet, the map should be small, like sandbox. Many such small improvements will make it no different than picking your own battle, and will improve the battles overall by a LOT.

I joined "IN BETWEEN" a full battle in the screenshot. I always want challenges but not stupidity. The MM system had far more mults and too weak skilled players about 5 times more than any normal battle I've ever been in through past 3 years. "THREE YEARS" mate. On the programming backend, it'll be far easier to go for something else rather than trying to improve something that's this complicated (Yes, learn programming and see how hard it is), totally useless, unnecessary and unwanted by more than 90% of the game's players. Take a survey or a poll to see how many players vote for MM to stay. Be fair to the players. The logic of the game is as simple as this: We players choose which map and battle we wana play. Developers should give us atleast that much freedom of choice otherwise the game's not fun anymore. For example, the second day I wanted to play a small map with firebird, it's fun. The system landed me on Highways CTF, then Kungur CTF, then Tribute CP... That's super annoying. Dude. MM isn't filling in the gaps, it's changing the entire game. If alongside with MM, we can do our missions in a battle we like and choose ourselves, no problem. Who uses Battle Button except for creating battles in empty servers anyway. Take a poll for that too. Tanki developers have started to work like this: 1. Create something useless. (Battle Button) 2. Force players to use it but give them some choice (Cant create battles w/o PRO Pass anymore.) 3. Force players to use it EVEN MORE. (Missions can't be done in PRO Battles) 4. Completely force players to use it and make it even more restricted. No choice. "Cos we paid programmers to do dis, u gotta use it only!" (Creating the MM system) Instead of making perfected filters of detecting mults and saboteurs in battles, instead of making a proper filter for missions to be completed only in proper battles, you try to take the easy way. A skilled team of programmers and people who have experienced playing the game at ALL rank ranges themselves can easily develop an algorithm to detect saboteurs and mults in battles. Have the developers ever properly played and experienced their own game? Don't take the easy way. Because this time I've seen so many people say they quit and more than half of them actually quit, this'll be like a huge impact on the game. And I'll be a part of the impact because clearly them developers go on doing whatever you want without giving a good thought about what players feel and think, over and over. Oh, and by the way, removing the downvote button? Nice move!

Without the matchmaking system, this is how I end up playing. Even between drugging legends. With skill. Both teams are balanced. No mults. This is the way most people like the game so far... So easy to play mission objectives as well... I played ONE battle. 15 Minutes. Finished two missions.

@Dante, no use posting there, players are busy posting their problems and screaming to stop this system. That's why I created this topic instead. When any players give any ideas or suggestions, those are completely rough ideas and can't be directly put into the game but need to be thought through by devs... Anyone can present counter arguments and problems against "just an idea"...The real challenge is to understand that, take some basic points and think it through.

Oh come on get some sense in your head, if more players want the same map, CREATE THAT MAP AND BATTLE AND PUT THEM IN IT, WHAT'S SO HARD?

"They press a button, they play, they leave"... the ratio of those players to the ones who like to select their battle is too less... Selecting a battle, which if you're slightly skilled or have like 3 month experience, it's so easy, go with a balanced team without legends or a too high rank and just jump into it! No need to change the entire system for this. And I played like 12 battles, 6 from my main account and 6 from my alt, and THOSE BATTLES WERE FULL OF MULTS. Both teams knew almost NOTHING, none of those were EVER turning turrets, Ranks were too vast, some were drugging M4's and some were new M2's and it was just a super complicated disbalanced wreckage. @Maf you can go on about complicated changes, these were all quick rough ideas. These ideas have to be thought through from the backend programming side and that's all upto developers. The whole problem of the "battle list" is that we cant do missions in them. Daily Missions are the only quick way to keep up with the game. I play for hardly 30 minutes a day on my main account, and hardly 15 minutes on my alt, that's how I just do atleast 1 mission every day with enough time to spare and keep up with my studies and life along. YOU MUST NOT TAKE AWAY PLAYER'S FREEDOM OF CHOOSING THEIR OWN BATTLE! The whole point of playing is for Daily Missions. This is the last update that'll kill the game, make it too serious, daily missions were already taking a skilled enough player like me about thrice as long to complete. All those things you said against my ideas for the system, those are the algorithms which the developers have to improve for an amazing playing experience. You took my "EXAMPLES" as the final things which will be used. I've been on the programming side, modded many many games, written many programs and scripts in C++ and HTML. I know developers are skilled enough do this, just some effort is required. That's the only way players and developers can both be satisfied with these rapid changes. P.S the complexity of this "Matchmaking system" on the programming backend is alot already. It'll take less effort for them than this to create simple saboteur detection systems that work ONLY AT HIGH RANKS (Marshal to Legend). Otherwise you know the server load drops. I had zero friends online the 2nd day of matchmaking testing. Players hated this update going on for 116 forum pages in less than 4 days. I'm just trying to find a way to make it good for everyone, and this was the rough ideas list to do it. Finally, the matchmaking system will take 10 times more programming effort for the developers than this crap they pulled for live testing. That system pairs Legends with First Lieutenants as said by a few drugging legends in that official forum thread, and according to many, that spot would rather be empty than a total noob being killed and increasing enemy score along with it. @Maf looks like you have issues trying to pick battles and always end up in wrong ones xD

I think completely new players from Recruit to Warrant 1 need the matchmaking system every single day. They're new, they have no idea how to play, etc. That's the whole point. Those players who play along and become skilled from noobs over time, will always prefer their new first learnt matchmaking system and the next gen tanki players will always use the system... atleast I hope so. Then, I have amazing ideas for it too. MM should put players in battles according to their missions. Say you clicked quick play and you have 300 XP in CTF Mode, Capture 1 Flag and earn XP in DM mode missions at the same time. So as two missions can be completed in CTF battles, the system should send the player to a CTF battle. These tiny improvements and ideas can literally make the game "Perfect". Oh, and by the way, also see how I have ideas to work against Game Violators and saboteurs. :)

@ImAtWork, MM's algorithms and everything will be much more simplified and MM will put players into the battles which can also be joined by using the advanced (or the normal) battle list. That's the whole point of the system. It had to help players choose battles. And let's be honest all it's other features like choosing maps, selecting player ranks, etc were too bad and too unnecessarily complicated too. The game just doesn't need that.

In short, players choose if they want matchmaking or their battle lists, so called "Easy Battles" and "Advanced battles" respectively. Everything's exactly the same, except the developers need to make the matchmaking system different for low ranks and high ranks. I've described how to solve scamming issues in private pro battles, how to solve saboteurs in battles, how to solve power leveling issues and these issues are way older than this and need to be solved. Give it a read. Better than reading those hate posts on official thread.

Sorry, using different colors on my screen. Accidentally posted them along with the topic. Editing that out right now. Didn't post it in official test topic because players are going on and on, hating it, and these ideas will probably get left behind in the pages. 3 Colors, Default Grey, White and Yellow. 2 Sizes, Big 18, Huge 24. I thought atleast this much will enhance/highlight important points and help understand it better.

If these suggestions are taken, the developer's systems will be implemented and will be implemented in a way players love it and aren't bothered by it, but are benefited by it as well. The Matchmaking System: It's simply a completely unwanted feature for those who know how to pick which battle to play. So: Add the entire matchmaking system for players to have an option to choose battles in "easy" or "advanced" way in settings "Gameplay" tab, easy way being the matchmaking system and advanced way being the normal battle list. The battle list from the matchmaking system or the "easy" way, should be EXACTLY as the current battle list is, and the matchmaking system's job should be to just pick a balanced battle or a battle that's beginning on any server and make the player join there or create a new battle. The matchmaking system's job can differ from that of working for very low rank players (recruit to Warrant Officer 1) and of working on players having higher ranks. I have a hint of how programming works, good luck developers! For low ranks and recruits, this system will be a big help...As they don't know how to pick proper battles and let's say they're literally total noobs. The current battle list or the "advanced" way, rank limits in it and everything else must remain EXACTLY the same as it is and as it was before/without the matchmaking system !! Ideas for implementing good features of this update, include removal of the pro battle pass and the "group" system: As for Removal of PRO Battle Pass, As for the issue of power leveling, As for the "Group" feature of the system, TO DEAL WITH SABOTEURS: (all battles) The "Missions" tab should ALWAYS be on top of the normal UI where settings/friends, etc are, as players need to access the tab and see or change or claim missions in between battles too. Also note: These suggestions for improving pro battles and saboteurs is what developers should really work on first, as they should never release updates on something that's broken and already needs to be perfected/improved first. Completely agreeing with @nitsuj_1111 ; I have the same views. This crap feature should be deleted from history and forgotten forever, and should never even be thought of being improved. DELETE THIS UPDATE. Usually I could play hours, having fun, enjoying. Yesterday and today, tried to do atleast one mission on both my main and alt and it took me 4 hours instead of the usual 30 minutes.

After 90% of players giving you "feedback" for eighty six pages of forum and more than half of the players hating this in the game's chat, the developers should stop wasting their time trying to improve what's completely useless and annoying, and remove this godforsaken crap update and let the game be for eternity. UPDATING IS NOT REQUIRED WHEN THE GAME IS OKAY. Next time, every update should be voted by players of all communities as well, whatever it may be.

This is how developer's logic works for this game and almost every single crappy update it had in past 3 years. STEP ONE: Create a useless feature which no one will use STEP TWO: Keep changing the game, call it "UPDATING". STEP THREE: Keep on "updating" until players are completely forced to use it STEP FOUR: Completely ignore what 90% of the players think and focus on 10% of those who're like "meh ok" and "Legends" STEP FIVE: Say "Updates are permanent" and move on

This update completely SUCKS. I mean FOR ONCE ""WHY CANT YOU LEAVE THE GAME ALONE"" ???? R-E-V-E-R-T this crap as soon as you can because this is totally crap Now we cant even pick out our own normal battles where we can do missions No. of mults are insanely increased as the system itself sucks, pairing legends with low ranks Cant play properly with all our friends, Cant even exactly see where our friends are Cant directly see on which server we are Cant start the battle instantly, waited 45 seconds for a simple CP Battle Players who have a lower rank and don't wana be in legend battles (cos lets face it they're overpowered) dont have an option. Daily missions take 3x longer time to complete because the matchmaking system dumps players into unsuitable battles. Ex: my mission was to capture 10 points in a CP, it threw me on a full map Tribute battle with losers in the enemy team and all 3 points captured, 15 minutes wasted. And so many more problems. YOU DONT GIVE MEDICINE TO SOMEONE WHO'S NOT SICK! WHY DO YOU DO THIS? >>WHY<< ?????? Is you motto "Ruin Tanki Flash until they run off to Tanki X" or something, please do tell. Open challenge. Add an open-for-all poll, weather people like this update or want the game to be as it was without this system. "DO NOT" implement this into the game if no. of votes favor for not implementing it. And for one last time, STOP. UPDATING. THIS GAME. IT WAS "PERFECTLY FINE". REVERT. THIS. UPDATE. Condition of battles... This is the 2nd Battle I played today. Entire enemy team full of high ranked losers who can just drug. Result? Two players took over the entire battle in 5 minutes. Here's the result on your face. Another update. Apparently this game is "Lagging" now. In FPS. I get 210FPS on GTA 5 with this system. On Tanki im getting 45-50 FPS with frameskipping. 3rd battle of the day. Enemies were mega noobs. Half of them didnt know how to use overdrive. Three of them were M2's and we were full M4's. Spent 1 hour of my sleeping time trying to capture 10 CP. 9/10 so far. Here's 2nd battle results:

First of all, revert your totally useless crappy supplies update and let the game breathe before you update it for no reason again. Updates should be like the supplies panel one, the new supply sounds, the garage pause update, the updates WHICH ARE ACTUALLY "UPDATES" that "IMPROVE" the game, not RUIN it's fun and change the dynamics SO MUCH that (check ur server load graph.) Whoever had the idea for the supplies panel and the supply sounds at your office, highfive to them from me. They have a brain unlike the ones who again thought about "lets change game supplies again". Checkout the lower ranks. Send one of your testing team members in battle with a rank of around warrant officer 5 and see what insanity is going on there. PLAYERS HAVE FULLY UPGRADED STUFF EVERYWHERE. And it's "swipe credit card, done!". 3 years ago it used to take some real planning and skill to get fully upgraded items. I'm seriously thinking devs are all like "Lets ruin Flash and see how long they take to switch to Tanki X. Oh that? because new accounts there, so ... more $$$ xD " There's still time, revert this new supplies change. Atleast repair kit one. And for the game's sake stop trying to improve what was already great enough before. As for this one, it's a total WRECK. Because you have lowered the active supplies time, made the repair kit almost completely useless and then doing giveaways, making players to drug like hell for no reason. "Excited for new giveaway? - Nope, no tanki this weekend, doing 3 missions today for the next 3 days of rewards." EDIT: The remaining players on the game, are either the ones who play just XP for fun which hopefully never changes, and the others swipe credit cards or leave the game completely. I had 8 referrals who used to play daily until last year. Now none of them even wants to log in. 3 of my friend groups, with like 5-6 friends each who used to play everyday of the year, have completely left. You all know why. -
OH MY GOD WHEN WILL YOU DEVS LEARN TO "LEAVE THE GAME ALONE" ??? The whole point of using a medkit since A YEAR was to restore health WHILE you're getting damaged. Now ALL weapons which have quick reloading or rapid damaging, Twins Isida Fire Freeze have a massive advantage. Shining supplies area and "Slow Motion Smooth Spawning" ?? OH COME ON.... Make it quick so we can get back into the map to blow up tanks... And dead tanks being on the map slowing down flags was much better than just disappearing and spawning late. ~_~ "Overdrive" is the most nonsense tactic. Stick in a sheep heard and overpower the entire team. This means noobs who just stay in a heard get overpowered and the players who actually know how to play, to take different map positions and actually make a difference in team battles, get left out, practically useless. All supply cooldowns reduced by 50%. More druggers, more drug buyers, less active time. A normal player cant even play this game without buying with real money. So "Please", developers, SOBER UP. Stop launching crappy updates that keep ruining the game over and over again. Check your server load graph and compare it with the one 2 years ago and see the difference yourself. Remove all these updates, except the supply panel indication one, which is actually useful and doesn't change game tactics. And for every player's sake, dont launch that battle panel and info changing update. If that comes out, im seriously done. Or until your motto is "Keep ruining Flash Tanki until they switch to Tanki X where they have to start over, he he he".
