The message 'Connection closed by server' keeps popping up and im losing loads of battle fund and i even missed a 3k gold. I have changed my password but there was no ghange, its still popping up please help me

I think it is a contest but you need your crystals for something like the Christmas toy contest

it's like a 10 crystal box but its gold and is worth 1,000 crys and i very rare and a message will pop up on the screen and a siren will sound but no1 knows when or where it will drop
