Againzt Hammer, use the range. If the Hammer is skilled enough to get in or (lucky enough to spawn) in front of you, you're pretty much dead :P

Rail is the classic skill weapon. Clan wars, starladder and xp mode. All with railgun. I want to be a pro with rail, and go on starladder :D Im not saying other guns don't need skilla btw

Ysp. Viking M4 has a slight speed advantage, but meh, all m4s are pretty fast.
