Get a raw potato, peal the skin of the potato carefully, then take the potato skin and put it in a plate, then throw the potato in the compost bin, then take the plate where you placed the skin of the potato, then sprinkle a little bit of salt over the potato skin, then enjoy eating the potato skin. hope it helps :)
