Peter Stallinton and Emily Richards - or rather, Emily Stallinton - for now she was married to the person next to her, in the car. She was driving, he was aiding her while also working on a laptop. It was a pretty calm drive - until he noticed something rather peculiar. Looking at Emily driving, he noticed a ring of hers. What would be peculiar here, you may ask? The ring itself. “Wait, what? Your ring - it has a square diamond! Think we’re in trouble now - drive fast and take that diamond off!” A rather square item was now hurtled towards the car and inside it - but he activated an airbag. Surprisingly enough, this item managed to pierce it, but was caught by Peter. Emily, in all this, had been following his commands - she had sped up the car and managed to take the diamond off the ring. She took a quick glance at his side, and noticed something yet more peculiar on the item. “It’s a bomb - hidden by yet more diamonds! We’ve got to do something because someone’s going to activate that soon enough - probably by another diamond!” she said. She suddenly spinned the car round, deflecting a diamond aimed at the bomb. Peter was about to throw the bomb away - but a diamond hit it. Boom! “Hello. We’ve done the job. Car down, couple down, we’re safe. Operation Takeover Part 1 accomplished!” the attacker said on a call. “Good job. Now come over to New York - you’ll get more instructions there on what to do next. Good luck!” the receiving end of the call - the mastermind behind said Operation Takeover - answered, hanging up the call. Blackout to the scene.
