If you already have a Heavy tank M3 and you don't have a good garage built yet, then hold on to the crystals. So basically, if you have a light tank M3, a medium tank M3, heavy tank M3, short range turret M3, mid range turret M3, long range turret M3, and a few expensive paints, then go for it. Otherwise, as I said, you would be better of holding on to your crystals to build your garage.
