I am facing significantly more numbers of them for last few months in poly cp. Almost 1 hacker in 10 games i play.

Never been to a format battle. Is it always without drugs? Is earning xp easier than, say, poly cp? How much xp and crys you expect in an hour, on average? Also a complete list of allowed paints will be much appreciated. Please help this complete noob.
