Vulcan has a buff, it's just that it's gameplay style has almost completely changed.

It's a new 'strength' rating for your tank. It changes depending on the MU's of your equipment, drone equipped or not equipped etc.

Correct, it doesn't have to be 99 kills with Jugger but it's certainly faster (most of the time) to score 99 kills with it. Time adjusted to fit the record. A 15 second penalty was added because the video didn't show the first kill. (But was still shown on the kill table so it was within that time limit) Declined. Highest score is 1660.

I'm glad Vulcan has been buffed, it really needed it. That new Nuclear supply could be quite tactical.

Developing tactics for your certain combination in larger maps could prove quite effective. No one really expects short range turrets in large maps, so they don't normally protect themselves from them. You can use this as your advantage, looking for more covered up routes to get to your enemy would prove worthwhile.

I really don't know much programming language myself. I've been exposed to a little bit here and there, but I guess I've never really had the time to properly learn it.
