I think that you can't restore those crystals...you can try contacting help@tankionline.com and tell them your story. You're victim of a scammer actions so im suspicious about the help you might/not get.

Just wait for it to update, when i was configurating Tanki X on my laptop, i was waiting updating for quite a while.
