I kill flipped enemies if my team is winning by a large amount or sometimes I kill them if I know that I can cover myself. However I kill flipped tanks rarely.

Your wrong, Wasp is a deadly hull once you master it. It goes well with almost any turret. And Wasp is my favourite hull
