Well since you only play lower ranked battles i guess you havn't seen the higher rankers, they drug more. I would say everyone except a few are druggers. You just think that because you havn't seen any other ranks :)

Its not the language thats bothering me. I can just click translate page and it'll translate. It tells me to confirm by clicking the green button saying "submit application" It then goes to another tab and comes up with the below. (Same pic as virtano)
