Twins is more than strong enough as it is. Twins was buffed at the last rebalance, I know because I was there. The ROF increased dramatically. Your definition of noob seems to be like someone who uses tactics... hmm, go figure. Seems you are only looking at one stat, and that is where your whole argument went wrong. The individual shot's damage isn't much, but Twins fires so many projectiles so quickly that the damage is insane. Twins is OP at every level, I know this from experience. The only modification I lack experience in is M3. Stats aren't the only thing in this game, bud.

Since I'm not a parkour noob, I'll answer that part :P M2 Hornet should be ok for most parkour, the modification of the weapons are really what matter most due to impact power. IMO you should be using medium hulls for ramps most of the time, and M3 Hornet is heavier than M2 so doing the flying wouldn't have much difference (speed cancels out the weight pretty much).

Colonel I will just save (and buy M2 Thunder). But then Colonel comes, and M2 Smoky, M2 Wasp, and M2 Titan unlock. I am definitely getting Wasp, but I can't decide between Smoky or Titan. Titan provides an excellent, strong addition to my garage, where my strongest hull is Hunter. Smoky is outright epic at M2, but so is Titan... and I will be getting M3 Thunder at Brigadier, so would that make Smoky a bit of a waste? Smoky and Thunder are perhaps the two most similar turrets in the game, so would it not be worth it to have both? My garage is: M2 Hunter, M1 Thunder, M1 Railgun, M1 Ricochet, M1 Firebird, M1 Smoky, M1 Wasp, M1 Dictator, Digital, and Rustle. (useless items excluded :P) Smoky, or Titan?
