Aiming will come automatically as long as you are good with all the other stuff. You get the point from my example, couldn't think of a better one

Starladder was included in my previous question -.- Aiming is not really required, its more than enough if you are good at all the other stuff except aiming. Starladder is all abt team battles.For ex.. A m3 clan with members aiming for higher scores (Individual need) will lose to a m2 clan whose members are good with teamwork and do not care abt scores.
