The kits go away in a certain time ;) Every kit has a counter, some stay a long time and some stay less, Another reason the kit dissapears in time as you rank is, the kits go away if you reach the rank when one of the Items that are in the kit, reach the next modification ;) Like, There is a kit with M2 hammer, M3 hammer unlocks at , and as such, if a player has that kit in their garage, and reach the rank () , that kit will go away :) (to sum it up, if the kit is M1/M1, and u reach when 1 of those become M2, the kit goes away ;) ) Hope you understand :)
