After the new update dated 18 November 2014, many players have been complaining about the predictable drop zones and crystal boxes. Many call for developers to roll back changes. Forums are somewhat filled with campaigns against this update. For those of you who don't know, the new update depicts the drop zone of a certain drug in a map. Crystal boxes of 1, 5, 20, 50 and 100 will also be dropped. (Crystal drop zones are also depicted.) A recent referendum is for players to vote if they want crystal boxes to be added in the battle fund or should they fall from the sky. Here's what users are complaining about: Players, especially heavy tanks, camp at certain drop zones (mostly double power drop site) and handicap other team players by taking all drugs. Crystal grabbers (A player who joins games for no other reason then to grab crystal boxes. They have no interest in helping their team mates.) now camp around crystal drop zones and get in the way of all the killing. Users are complaining about how first aid drops have been removed from maps: Combe, Courage, Dusseldorf, Noise, Hill, Island and Novel. The only logical explanation of this act is to add spice in short-map battles. But what is the use of disabling first aid in Dusseldorf and Novel? If crystal boxes are to be added in battle fund, the problem of division of battle fund arises. Example: If in Serpuhov CTF, the score is 5-0. Now at the end of battle, all fund will go the winning team including what could be the crystal drops. The losing team could have earned at least some crystals in the battle by crystal drops. This gives a huge advantage to raiders (RAIDERS are a very organized group of players that move from battle to battle looking for high battle funds to raid. If you don't pay attention they slowly stack the teams. They take turns sharing the battle funds.). Some people think this is to cause players to use more supplies. Gold box! Many of you may feel the rush when your hear the alarm and see "Gold Box will be dropped soon." written on your screens. Catching a Gold box is a game of luck and determination. You have to be on the right side of map, and you have to compete with your enemies and team-mates. But now it is not about luck. Thanks to the new update, a diamond drop zone appears on the ground where the box will drop and everybody goes mayhem for control of that area. Same goes for 100 crystal drop, although not much at large ranks because they are only a luxury for lower ranks.​ ​​To summarize, I think everyone likes the 50 and 100 crystal drops, but the real problem here is predictable drop zones, especially it has ruined the fun of capturing the Gold Box. Not to give you all the negative aspects, here are the pros of this update: Crystal grabbers will not be seen anymore if crystal drops are added to the battle fund and team players will not get distracted in catching crystals. Most players are praising the little changes made to certain maps, and developers have remodeled Monte Carlo. The blocks in between the roads have now been pushed aside offering protection from enemy shots and giving an advantage to Shafts and Railguns which seem to dominate the map. Now, it is all yours to decide whether you support the update or not. There have been so many complaints that I think developers are going to roll back changes. What's your opinion? Sorry to say, but most players don't need you now after the update. But, thanks for all the info you gave and it helped me catch many gold boxes.

No, please don't apply this update. I suggest you remove all crystal drop sites (including Gold Box's) because I have seen crystals harvesters camp there in almost every battle. The new crystal box update (Crystal boxes of 20,50 or 100) has been very appreciated and I like it as it adds up a little spice in the game.

Everhing was good, though I experienced a lag which was only in the Halloween map. It was extremely good for snipers, all the spooky things and everything was nice. Although you should have done something like zombies appeared or some flashes like a ghost just passed.

Why not introduce the rule that if a player gets reported by 6 or more players then he/she gets banned. I know it has its own defects but still....

Guys, I need a good midfield combo. Since I have all turrets/hulls unlocked, I thought of getting advice of you before mastering a single combo. 1. I am a newbie and I don't buy accounts. 2. I need a hull which is intermediate in all aspects and a turret which doesn't has too much reloading time .i.e Railgun 3. I don't buy crystals and prefer large maps.

There should be a one week ban for Raiders and Saboteurs (Team players who put the saboteur in opposite team are also included.)

Just agree with the fact that there should be a separate map for Parkour. And anyone who starts killing there gets reported and a ban for week.

I can't play Tanki Online. Servers are always under maintenance and Standalone doesn't work anymore.

I support you but I wanna confess.... I am myself a Harvester. If there is an enemy and crystal boxes, I will rather give priority to crystals because at my rank, you don't get gold boxes and you need much to upgrade. And this does not mean that I don't help my team, it means I love crystals more than I hate my enemies

How to unlock the tunnels? The tunnels are great. You can sneak in the enemy's base with SILENCE.

5x Battle Fund would've been great. But still, thanks for the sale.

Which combo is best for me? I don't like to defend, neither I wanna go to their base. I stay in midfield and want to take out as many tanks as I can and tank up. Any mode is okay except DM. I love long/mid-range turrets like Thunder and Shaft. My garage : All turrets except Rico and Isida/Dictator, Titan and Wasp. Can buy a new hull. I am looking for serious advice because I have low crystals and don't wanna waste them.

I have Shaft and Viking, both M0. Since the sale is here, I need to buy a paint which will protect me from Ricochet and Shaft. Is there any suitable and a lil bit cheap one?
