Albeit I haven't used any m3 hulls, I can easily say that I see more vikings than any other Hull in high ranked battles that I play. Be it m2, m3 or m4, Vikings are always present.In case of Overdrives, Hunter (Disables enemies' supplies) and Viking (increases your turret's firing rate) both are good. IMO, Viking is good.

It seems you want to utilise the recent buff of freeze to a greater level. IMO, I would buy hornet-freeze kit at WO4, get some good amount of crystals with it, then save until I get to the rank of first lieutenant. This is because that I can buy rail M2 separately at a sale. This gives me the opportunity to have hornet-freeze combo + XP. This way I can also have some extra crystals to buy any other M2 I like or to save for M3. Hope that helped.

I think u bought cupid kit and so far you have pretty good equipment.My suggestion is to MU your freeze fully to M2 before reaching warrant ranks. Then, don't rush to buy kits consecutively. Choose your style, whether you want to have hornet~rail with freeze or viking~thunder with freeze. Choose in a way that if you feel Freeze is not comfortable at a particular map, then the other gun should be your choice of gameplay. IMO, I would buy Tornado and then Northener. With the remaining crystals, i would save so I can get Paladin.
