hello before a 5minute ago i was in silence map , playing 'CTF' match ! and i had a score about 1560 and the battle fund was about 3000 crysatles ! and only 4 minutes to the end ( 3-1 my red team was wining ) and Suddenly i have disconnected from the game :huh: ! and why ? it's because the systeme detect a Foul play ! (Foul play discovered-you have been disconnected ) and that's a very big mistake because i was just following an enemi have our flag !! sow now i lose all my score and my reward ! and this is the 3 time hapend to me all of this times in CTF match !! now i need a solutions !! and how i will get my reward this time if the same probleme hapened to me again ? will the systeme ( the game ) give me the reward that if i had win the match i could it ? please help me !!

hello every one .. me and another probleme whit buying the crystales ... (and still no solution ) please .. today i received another probleme whit buying crystales ,, and this time is whit another cind of problemes .. and it's : today at 13:00 i buy crystales. whit 24.00 MAD ( MAD = Morrocan dirham ) - im from morroco - and for 24.00 MAD i should received 6451 crystales + the double crystales card ,, it became 6451×2 = 12902 crystales and another 1000 for the bonus in buying in package sow it will became 13902 and i had 11007 crystales... sow i should have in all my crystales : 11007+13902= 24909 crystales but when i sign in to the game i just find that i have only 23909. and i need another 1.000 crystales. and if you want a proof . this screen capture will help you : the normal crysatles in the mobile payment : and what i find when i sign into the game : and if you see the crystales bought it's 5451 when it should be 6451. sow the systeme should give me 1000 crystales !! and please i reaally need your help because i see that the forum help better than the support help ( more faster and more clear answers )
