It's already been done, but the coal companies bought all the patents for the ways to do so, so hat for 10 years(until the patents expire) they can continue to make money from coal. :(

lol, we use quite alot of coal too :P

We have one hydroelectric plant in our province, and about 500 wind turbines. And in the entire country... Way too many wind turbines to count, and plenty of hydroelectric power, alot of people have solar panels, and there are a couple of tidal plants as well I think.
