I have an idea of an hull that has the Wheel(or any thing what do u people call) . the wheel would be very large and when the tank would get upside down the tank would be still able to move then the tanker would take the tank and turn his tank again. That tank can be of medium speed and low weight so it easily turns over and the tanker then has to again make his tank turn
