No. The turret is already one of the most difficult and complex turrets in the game. Don't get bothered if someone calls you noob just because you don't turn the turret (actually the said person(s) shouldn't be ignorant enough to do that).

I don't think there is a need. The angle meter has value written in degrees and the power meter has value written in %, so it is pretty easy to guess what meter shows what..
