they will be used to raise your army/navy, and expand your empire

rice, wheat, coal, wood, iron and clay

well, distributing regions will be randomized :P

you could be told to rule in the north near russia or could get a region way down south america ;)

This game is kinda confusing.

 

How can we get World Domination?

it is not ready yet, although it will be, soon

each player (there were limited players) will have a region, and he will have to expand conquer other players' region and hence gain world domination
