I am sure most treat it as a game. The trouble is people come to play, enjoy themselves and gain experience points. Then their time is FUBAR'd by players who sabotage the game for your team. This is plain ignorant and the player should be dealt with. I see more action by tanki to add features no one is calling for and little action on dealing with decent game play.

Great words! (I ran out of likes I could give so I have to quote). I can see why they brough out the dumb cooldowns but they suckered a lot of people into spending cyrstals on supplies before they made the change. In my book that is crooked and should have been fixed (like stealing). It is truly a shame that they continue to support mults and cheats rather than fix it or bring out updates that would help fix it. I would like to say where their heads have been but some sensitive types would likely ban me. I cannot find the post but someone said the name of the game should be changes to "Crystal Catching"...I can't wait until they bring out the unicorns in an upcoming update :D

Kits are (or were) offered to a lower rank. So you even if you could not buy an m3 a kit might allow you to get one. Better kits would be nice. So tired of seeing groups of rails dominating a game.

Mults are in essence sacrifical lambs. They do little to help the team they are on so that the opposing team can win and collect more crystals. Mults can be the same player with different accounts or a friend who is helping others advance further. Yesterday I was in a game where the opposing team 'stacked the deck' to win without mults. A number joined the game to balance the teams then a number of players from one side left. This left the game extremely lop-sided. Obviously the other team left. Whatever the process it is entirely up to tanki to correct the problems and become actively involved or the game becomes nothing but garbage code.

Hopefully they will be decent, so I can stop getting my butt snuffed out from lower levels with higher level guns and hulls :o

Some should not assume ;) It does not bother me. I only posted this as a suggestion or fix. The job as a mod involves a lot of on the job training. I know from experience as a mod and admin on other sites. This is a community and communication does help a lot to keep it as a good community. Everything cannot be rosey and full of unicorns but good communication such as no flaming is important. BTW In the thread I started that was closed (no obvious rules were broken) I sent the mod a message just to clarify and to apologise if they felt I broke a rule. Mainly to be polite. With the other thread I was following, it was simply locked, no reason given. Again just a suggestion for admins/devs/mods. Thanks BTW this topic can be locked :)

I know it is necessary for all forums but it is polite to at least acknowledge why the topic is locked rather than just locking the topic and not saying anything. It suggests that the subject is being ignored. Communication is key to a forum that is supporting the game. This is a 'fix' I am suggesting and not a Trolling post. Thanks

I have not hunted battles for a gold box. It is too much of a waste of time. I have been fortunate enough to receive 3 gold boxes (drop right by me). All they contained were 1000 diamonds. I collect more diamonds than a gold box would ever give so I do not hunt for them...anyone who does is wasting their time ;) Everything that makes a game great is strongly depending upon the company that runs the game, from devs to mods. How great the game depends on how much they listen to player's concerns. We do have to remember that although Tanki is a company, this is simply a game for recreational fun. It aint your life ;)

About the banning for bad words, I typed something like "...your lag..." can't recall exactly. Half the letters were blocked. I tried a few times but it was still blocked. I am not sure what I was typing that was so bad...maybe Russian or German? I was about a player whose lag was so bad we could not kill them...worse when they took our flag. So we asked them to leave and had a few people report them. Finally they left. I felt sorry about their bad connection but you can't play against a tank that is bouncing all over the field. More low grade mods with the ability to kick players out of a battle would help. They would not need full mod powers just the ability to enter a game where their is a report and take action if necessary. I certainly would not want all players to have this ability :o

LOL...let people scream...nothing comes of it. This was all tongue in cheek ;) I just thought it was weird to see a lower rank have a higher gun. I was actually very surprised even if it was as a kit. Must be stupid me for not being on line at the time that kit was available to buy :p And yes, I am a paying player and as most paying players you sort of expect at least an advantage for the cash.

Thanks! I have been in a few of the top on-line games and I have seen them go down hill for this very reason. Too much time trying to 'improve' the game and not enough time spent addressing player's issues. I certainly hope that Tanki does not follow the same path.

I can still complain :p ;) :D It does seem that the kits are (or were) offered at a slightly lower rank (one lower rank than normally required for the rico). However, the player I saw was definitely not a second lieutenant and was indeed a few ranks below me (sorry they were not captain but lower than third lieutenant). I did not think 'marketing' would skew the game that much to allow a low level to have such a gun. BTW some things are not fair for buying players but this is another topic.

So, is there any word that Tanki is taking this seriously? I have reported a few in game but I have not seen anything happen. In one game (yesterday) I had at least two players on my team preventing me from bringing in a flag. I also had players asking to 'team' in the open battles...not sure why they would play in an open battle when they wanted to team. This is becoming rampant in the game. I wish Tanki would do something about it rather than messing with the rules for power-ups and gun physics (at least divert some attention to the matter)

This is what I am seeing in the garage as of that posting.

I ran into a Captain rank who was using an M2 Ricochet. At my rank I cannot buy one. I asked an found heard that they might have bought it in a 'kit'. Is this true? I do not understand why you put limits on guns and hulls based on rank BUT someone with a low rank can buy and use a high rank gun. I hope this is not true and this player was a hack. If it is true then it would seem that the limiting guns and hulls to rank should be changed to how much money someone will spend. Would love some enlightenment from Tanki on this.

Well some are not good ;) Just be careful with changing too much too soon. A number of games have gone down the tubes after trying to grow too quickly.

Can we also consider battles that are called 'parkour' but it ends up as a battle? Some of these battles seem to be set up as traps to lure unsuspecting players. It would be nice if you could select 'parkour' when setting up a battle. This would prevent any player from killing another.

I have seen a few of these in battles and agree that they should be ousted. The only one I am not in 100% support concerns Saboteurs. There are players with enough experience to know better but who play with little intelligence and hinder the team (perhaps from ignorance). I will block these players from gaining funds or hinder their ability to play by flipping them (if I can). I am not trying to sabotage my team. I agree with this almost entirely and do hope that the Mods will indeed do something about it. Bring in more Mods if need be or even create a 'sub-Mod' role who can kick out players during a battle if they are found to violate these rules. Thanks
