without a shadow of a doubt one of my all time favourite songs you have to understand this band to understand what i'm saying lead singer ian curtis was a very troubled person with deep mental problems and suffering with epilepsy this song was written shortly before his tragic death when he commited suicide if ever a song was a plea for help then this is it this is far more than music its a suicide note written in music r.i.p ian curtis
